Welcome to Zucchini Greengrocers. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Us

Zucchini Greengrocers is a premium greengrocer and gift hamper retailer based in Glasgow, Scotland. We supply fresh fruit and vegetables, luxury food hampers, seasonal produce and grocery products to customers throughout Glasgow and across the United Kingdom.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including cases involving pricing errors, product availability issues or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Product Availability & Substitutions

Many of our products are seasonal and sourced fresh from suppliers. On occasion, specific items may become unavailable.

Where necessary, we reserve the right to substitute products with items of equal or greater quality and value.

4. Gift Hampers

Our gift hampers are carefully hand-packed using seasonal and artisan products.

Contents may occasionally vary due to supplier availability. Where substitutions are required, items of a similar style, quality and value will be used.

Personalised gift messages will be included where provided at the time of ordering.

5. Delivery

Gift hampers may be delivered throughout mainland UK using trusted courier partners including DPD.

While we make every effort to deliver on the requested date, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
