Can I include a personalised gift message?
Yes. Every Zucchini hamper can become a personalised gift hamper with a complimentary message included. Simply enter your message during checkout and we’ll carefully include it with your hamper, making it perfect for birthdays, thank you gifts, anniversaries, get well soon gifts and special occasions.
Can I choose a future delivery date?
Yes. During checkout you can select your preferred delivery date. Whether you’re organising a birthday surprise, anniversary gift, thank you hamper or special occasion, we’ll schedule dispatch to help your hamper arrive on your chosen date.
Do you deliver hampers across the UK?
Yes. We offer gift hamper delivery across mainland UK using DPD. You’ll receive tracking information once your hamper has been dispatched so you can follow its journey to the recipient.
Can I customise the contents of a hamper?
In many cases, yes. If there are specific products you’d like added, removed or substituted, simply leave a note during checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. If we have any questions, a member of our team will contact you before dispatch.
Can I send a hamper directly to the recipient?
Yes. Many of our customers send hampers directly to friends, family and colleagues. Simply enter the recipient’s delivery address at checkout and we’ll ensure the hamper arrives beautifully presented with your personalised message included.
What happens if a product is unavailable?
Occasionally, due to supplier availability, a product may need to be substituted. If this happens, we’ll always replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall quality and presentation of the hamper.
